RINGSIDE MOMENTS: Shooting Drink Poseidon at Sparta Fight Night

Last night I had the opportunity to cover one of my favorite environments,the Sparta event, Fight night, while capturing media for Drink Poseidon, the official water sponsor of Sparta. With their crisp, refreshing alkaline water in sleek aluminum bottles and their smooth purified bottled water, Poseidon was right in the action alongside the fighters.

As a photographer, events like this are pure adrenaline. I got to create behind-the-scenes content, snap product shots, and capture those intense action moments from ringside. There’s nothing quite like being right next to the cage, feeling the energy of the crowd, and watching the fighters give everything they have. It’s an unreal experience, and equal parts thrilling and inspiring.

Growing up around the fight community, events like this always feel like home to me. The atmosphere is electric, nothing quite like it honestly. The post-fight interviews, the walkouts, the victories, and the raw emotion etched on every fighter’s face. To be able to document all of that up close, while also representing a brand like Drink Poseidon, made the night even more special.

From product shots highlighting Poseidon’s bold packaging to candid moments of the fighters before, during, and after their battles, I was able to capture a little bit of everything. I can’t wait to share some of these photos with you all here on the blog.

The Sparta cage and ring is more than just a stage for competition, it’s a place where discipline, passion, and adrenaline collide. To be part of that environment with my camera in hand was a dream come true.
